For personal commissions

By commissioning me, the client agrees to:

- use this artwork only for personal use unless agreed otherwise;

-must not use the artwork to make profit, unless agreed otherwise;

-must not claim the artwork as their own and needs to credit the artist whenever displaying the artwork;

- the artist has the copyright over the commissioned artwork;

- the artist can use the artwork to showcase on social media and portfolio. If you prefer that it stays private please let me know before.

-the usage of this artwork for Ai, or other platforms/programs is strictly prohibited.

Payments are accepted in Pounds (GBP) via Paypal. Orders under 250 must be payed upfront, for orders over 250 they can be 50% upfront and the rest after the skech is approved.

The price of the commission may vary depending on complexity, requirements or additional requirements. The commission may be cancelled by the artist if the payment isn't done in 7 days.

The commissions are delivered digitally, as a Png.

References or Photos of the person/character. You can also add poses, expressions, mood-boards, outfits, colours... Feel free to send me as many references as you want, as that helps me understand what you want.

If there is any particular drawing from my page that you like the style or elements feel free to refer to it.

Standard format and dimensions is an A4 size at 300 dpi.

If you would like any other size you need to tell me in advance before I start your commission.

Deadline if there is one, additional charge will be added for a shorter deadline.

After discussing your commission payments I will send you an invoice and start working on the commission once I receive the payment.

Orders under 250, the full price is upfront.

For orders above 250 pounds its possible to pay half of the price upfront and the other half before I start colouring it.

I will send you a process image of the sketch , line art and colour tests.

Once you approve the sketch I won't change the design of the drawing.

I will do three minor changes, that will not change all the drawing those are included on the price, if you want more changes or larger changes, additional charges will be added.

The time it takes to finish a commission can take from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, please note that this might change if I'm too busy at the moment, complexity or health factors.

I might post the finished image on my social media, let me know if you would prefer me not to.

At the end I will send you the full resolution png file.
